Q. I placed an order, but haven't received email confirmation. What gives?
A. If your billing and shipping addresses don't match, we will most likely contact you for further verification before we manually approve your order. When your order is approved, you will get an emailed receipt. This is a fraud prevention measure. We apologize for any inconvenience but that's just how it has to be now.
Any charges you may have attempted that appear on your account are temporary holds and will be returned to your account in 24 hours.
No refunds. All sales are final. Downpayments are non-refundable. If you would like additional shipping services (insurance, signature confirmation, express delivery) it can be added at an extra cost. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE THEN YOU ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR THE PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.
If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address provided by you, you will be responsible for the duplicate shipping charge incurred. We reserve the right to hold your package until this shipping has been paid.
